Founded 1898·Champions (1998)

Vasco da Gama won their only Copa Libertadores title in 1998 against Ecuador's Barcelona SC, 4-1 on aggregate after a 2-0 win in Rio and a 2-1 loss in Guayaquil that wasn't enough to turn the tie around. Founded in 1898 in Rio de Janeiro, they did not qualify for the 2026 edition.
