The "Pirates" won their first-ever Chilean top-flight title in 2025, a campaign of 23 wins in 30 games that included a 95.6% win rate in the second half of the season — the best mark in Chilean football since Universidad de Chile's 1999 side. That title also earned them, for the first time, a place in the Copa Libertadores group stage.
