Olimpia, Paraguay's most decorated club, have won 3 Copa Libertadores titles. The 1979 title (against Boca Juniors) capped a perfect year in which they won all four official competitions they entered. They won their second in 1990 against Ecuador's Barcelona SC, and a third in 2002 in a penalty shootout (4-2) against São Caetano after a 2-2 aggregate draw. Founded in 1902, they are Paraguayan football's oldest club and did not qualify for the 2026 edition.
