Founded 1904·Champions (2024)

Botafogo won their only Copa Libertadores title in 2024 against Atlético Mineiro, 3-1, at Buenos Aires' Estadio Monumental — despite playing almost the entire match a man down after Gregore was sent off in the first minute. Founded in 1904 in Rio de Janeiro, they did not qualify for the 2026 edition.
